RIRI OKOYE: SUMMER LOVING HAPPENED SO FAST 2018

It’s coming to the end of our summer holidays and I have a few things to say worthy of a blog post. This summer holidays have been one of the best holidays ever, mainly because of great relationships we have nourished over the years. According to a Harvard study good relationships keep us happier and healthier, so it's beneficial to invest in them. We received VIP treatment from all our friends and family.

Was great seeing Ladi and Bonita who give so much of their time to Raising Confident Girls initiative. Glad Adanna who relocated from Abuja is settling in her new environment.

Events Galore

There were events galore this summer including Uncle Nwulu’s 70^th, London dazzle, Brother Stanley's 50^th, Sister Tola’s 50^th, Moji’s 50^th, Jean’s 50^th, Joy’s wedding and Iferenta’s dance dance dance and many more BBQ's hangouts and events.

THROWBACK TO MAJESTICALLY RARE EVENT

As an event planner, I sat back relaxed and observed some wonderful ideas from all the London events I attended this summer, to add to the already excellent events we deliver in Lagos (she laughs). Lake Garda

It was great to escape for a few days and experience the beauty of lake Garda, in Italy to mark our 19^th year wedding anniversary. We came back totally relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated from that short break.

Missed some special friends

We missed a few close people who had we had planned to see but couldn’t make it such as the Duchess of Milton Keynes and Duchess of Kent (she laughs). Even though we didn’t meet we know they were there in spirit and hopefully we will catch up next time.
